How this reaches STPI

In the platform, submitting this form creates a ticket on the STPI CRM platform over its REST interface, carrying the same reference you see here. Status changes flow back the same way, which is what lets the tracker show a real position rather than a guess.

Grievances in the CPGRAMS categories are mirrored to pgportal.gov.in so a citizen does not have to file the same thing twice.
